Bridgehead came to us looking for general content support that spoke to their existing Ottawa market cafe customer, but to also attract a new, younger audience. We then started to focus on supporting them for seasonal launches on social media, providing strategy and the content for the launch.

Specifically, for their fall menu launch we needed to create content that felt new—something that their audience hadn't seen before. We created teaser content to spark curiosity and incorporated the fall campaign colours and high-quality images of the new drinks to ensure cohesiveness across the campaign.

During the fall menu launch in September, impressions for organic content were up 17.3% from the previous month, reach between ages 18-24 was up by 4.7%, and interactions were up by 94% overall across their social media channels: Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
